The dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, enters the filter bag chamber through the open flange port, and is filtered and purified through the filter bag and then enters the clean air chamber and is discharged by the fan. The dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and keeps increasing, which increases the resistance of the bag filter. In order to make the filter work normally and continuously, when the resistance of the equipment is greater than 1200pa, the dust on the filter bag should be removed immediately.
When the ash cleaning system is running, the automatic control program controller will start the pulse valve in time and sequence, so that the compressed air (0.5~0.7Mpa) in the air bag will be ejected from the blowing pipe orifice and enter the filter bag, so that the filter bag will expand rapidly in an instant, and accompanied by The opposite direction of the airflow shakes off the dust, and the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag quickly leaves the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper (or ash bin), and the dust is discharged by the ash discharge valve to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
3. The bag-type dust removal operation is stable and reliable, there is no sludge treatment and corrosion problems, and the operation and maintenance are simple.
